We collect:

  • - Email address (to deliver your Monday briefings)
  • - List of competitors you want to monitor (provided by you after subscription)
  • - Payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe — we never store card details)

3. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • - Generate and deliver your weekly competitor briefings
  • - Send you your onboarding email after payment
  • - Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

4. Data retention

Your email and competitor list are retained for 12 months after your last active subscription, then permanently deleted.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • - Access your data
  • - Correct inaccurate data
  • - Request deletion
  • - Object to processing
  • - Data portability
