Kompete provides automated weekly competitive intelligence briefings based on publicly available information. Briefings are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only.

2. Subscription & payment

Kompete is a monthly subscription at €19/month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel anytime — no notice period, no questions asked.

3. Disclaimer

Kompete briefings are based on publicly available data and AI analysis. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of competitor intelligence. Kompete accepts no liability for business decisions made based on its briefings.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell or redistribute Kompete briefings without permission. One subscription per company.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the unsubscribe link in any briefing email. No refunds after a briefing has been delivered.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
